Okay, I am going to blog and use this as a journal to monitor my progress. I am going to do the yoga 21 day challenge with the hopes that it will change my life, my attitude and above all my body! I am going to lose 30 pounds and get to be where I want to be.
I seem to fight the same things all the time -- every year the same resolutions and at the end of the year I have yo yo'ed back and forth with little real result. Is it impossible to change? Why is it that some folks just give up eventually and sort of succumb to a half-life that they no longer want or enjoy? How to actually reach your goals?
I have so many things that I want to accomplish in order to become the person and live the life I want to live. I want to make 2010 that year where it all starts again.
The challenge starts in February but I will be working out and starting my quest today. The hot yoga challenge will just help me get there.
